AN DANNSA DUB
The act
An Dannsa Dub, the Dub Dance in Gaelic, is the brainchild of producers Tom Spirals (flute, MC) and Euan McLaughlin (fiddle). The project fuses the mystical energy and instruments of traditional Scottish music and Gaelic song with the heavy, meditative, driving basslines of dub. Pure energy and musicianship, with a truly original sound.
The Live Dub Show is a chance to experience An Dannsa Dub in the soundsystem arena, traditional dub mixing alongside exclusive versions and heavy remixes, live flute and fiddle, all carried by Tom Spirals on the mic.
It's proved its potency on the international dance floor at Dub Camp, Goa Sunsplash and HIM Dub, plus countless soundsystem shows and club nights.
